That translates to roughly 625 square feet per apartment.<\/p>\n<p>The building, rising 80 feet, will have bike storage and balconies on the top floors, according to the Schedule A filing.<\/p>\n<p>The developer, Great Neck-based ABCNY, acquired two adjacent lots at the site for $825,000 in March. One lot is vacant, while the other is home to an auto shop. <a href=\"http:\/\/a810-bisweb.nyc.gov\/bisweb\/JobsQueryByNumberServlet?requestid=4&#038;passjobnumber=320769165&#038;passdocnumber=01\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"external\">Demolition permits<\/a> were filed for the existing one-story structure at 1103 DeKalb in July 2013. <\/p>\n<div
