<\/a><\/p>\nImage: GMAP<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n The increasingly popular<\/a> Nataliya Donskoy of ND Architecture is designing two four-story buildings at 127-131 South 1st Street in Williamsburg.<\/p>\n Permits<\/a> were filed late last week for a pair of two-family buildings<\/a>, rising 50 feet tall. Located between Berry Street and Bedford Avenue, each building will have an apartment on the first floor and a triplex on the second through fourth floors, according to the Schedule A<\/a> filing<\/a>.<\/p>\n The site is currently occupied by an industrial building. No demolition permits have been filed yet.<\/p>\n The property at 131 South 1st Street traded to South 1st Street Townhouses LLC in April for $3.75 million, according to public records. The firms H Holding Group<\/a> and Investmates<\/a> are listed on the permits.<\/p>\n Donskoy has been leaving her stamp all over the ‘burg; she’s the architect of record for 170 South 1st Street, just down the road. The Iconic Group is developing that mixed-use, seven-apartment project, which will have 4,130 square feet of warehouse space and ground-floor retail, 11,618 square feet of residential space and 435 square feet of community facility space, YIMBY<\/a> reported.
