Designed by the award winning Wallman Architects and Rafael Bigauskas Architects Inc, the new condo will take shape at 5200 Yonge Street in North York.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Just a few steps from the Empress Walk retail and shopping complex, residents will enjoy convenient access to a plethora of nearby restaurants, bars, shops and cinemas. The North York Centre subway station is also mere minutes from the condo so you won\u2019t have to worry about finding a parking spot when making a trip downtown.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Check out some
