Many of the residences will feature private outdoor space, and interiors will have big windows and custom Poggenpohl kitchens with Miele appliances.<\/p>\n<p>Amenities include a 24-hour doorman\/concierge, landscaped common roof deck with outdoor kitchen and (hopefully non-communal) shower, bike room and storage. Corcoran Group is marketing the building.<\/p>\n<p>The site was formerly owned by Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church; note the cross on the below photo from a Massey Knakal listing:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/2014\/05\/337-east-62nd.html\/337-east-62nd-2\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-87797\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-87797\" alt=\"337 East 62nd\" src=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/337-East-62nd.jpg\" width=\"550\" height=\"412\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><em>Photo: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.masseyknakal.com\/listingimages\/setup\/pdf\/337_East_62nd_Street_Setup.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"external\">Massey Knakal<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p>The developer, Yeung Real Estate Development, purchased the property for $7 million in February 2012, according to public records. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.yeungdevelopment.com\/337portfolio.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"external\">Yeung&#8217;s site<\/a> indicates that completion is slated for Q4 2014.<\/p>\n<p>Excavation began last fall, <a href=\"http:\/\/newyorkyimby.com\/2013\/10\/excavation-update-337-east-62nd-street.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"external\">YIMBY<\/a> reported. Construction shots from the developer&#8217;s site reveal the development taking shape:<\/p>\n<p><a
