Two buildings will be brought together by a\u00a0suspended bridge, offering residents a lookout point to admire the city and waterfront below.<\/p>\n Based in Montreal,\u00a0Atelier Chaloub + Beaulieu<\/a> is known for their workmanship and come with two decades of experience creating modern and memorable spaces.<\/p>\n Another design firm with an incredible pedigree has also signed on to work on the project.\u00a0Andr\u00e9s Escobar & Associates<\/a> has been around for more than twenty years, creating elegant spaces around the world. \u00a0The suites will feature over-sized windows, open-concept floorplans and clean lines, the embodiment of contemporary living.<\/p>\n Residents will rest easy knowing that the condo team features\u00a0Nicolet, Chartrand, Knoll (NCK), a civil engineering firm famous for their work on\u00a0complex\u00a0and original structures. They’ve worked on landmarks such as the CN Tower in Toronto, the\u00a0Louvre Pyramid in Paris and the National\u00a0Archives of Canada in Ottawa.<\/p>\n
