Designed by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/architect\/workshopapd\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">workshop\/apd<\/a>, the townhouse has a private elevator, six bathrooms, a fireplace on the main level, a huge dressing area on the third-level master suite and a roof deck. The entrance is through a private mews, crafted by Gunn Landscape Architecture.<\/p>\n<p>Described as &#8220;the heart of The Printing House&#8217;s transformation,&#8221; the private mews is a block-long retreat with pathways through planting beds, &#8220;green&#8221; walls and sculptural benches, according to the official site. The garden oasis separates the newly constructed townhouses from the apartment building at The Printing House, a 1911 structure redeveloped into about 60 one- to four-bedroom condos.<\/p>\n<p>Residents get a 24-hour doorman, full service concierge, pre-wiring for audio\/video and home automation.
