Richard Mishaan did the interiors.<\/p>\n<p>Every unit has a different layout, but all residences feature expansive living spaces, oak wood flooring, master bedrooms with walk-in closets, pre-wiring for &#8220;smart&#8221; home systems and kitchens with Italian cabinetry, Sub-Zero refrigerators, Liebherr wine coolers and Wolf or Thermador gas ranges. The master bathrooms are fitted with soaking tubs, natural imported stone surfaces with Caesarstone tops and Dornbracht fixtures.<\/p>\n<p>Douglas Elliman is handling marketing and sales.
