<\/a><\/p>\nRendering: Brookland Capital<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n A rendering has been revealed for Boaz Gilad’s<\/a> latest Bergen Street project in Prospect Heights.<\/p>\n The developer is planning two five-story buildings at 735 and 737 Bergen, between Washington and Underhill, as first reported by Brownstoner<\/a>. 735 Bergen will have\u00a0eight<\/a>\u00a0apartments while\u00a0737 Bergen will have nine<\/a>, according to the plan exam applications filed in October 2013 and approved last month. Issac & Stern Architects is designing the development, which will have balconies on the top two floors, judging by the rendering.<\/p>\n Both buildings will rise on s 50-foot-wide site, which was subdivided into two new lots.
