Offices will occupy the fifth through ninth levels, and naturally, there will be a roof deck, according to the plan exam application<\/a> filed today.<\/p>\n The developer is Savanna Fund, a real estate private equity firm and asset management company.<\/p>\n The building will rise on a 200\u2019 by 98.5\u2019\u00a0\u00a0lot. The property, which consists of a two-story retail building at 540 West 26th and parking lot at 544 West 26th, went into contract in August 2013, according to public records.
