Now, more than a year later, we can change that &#8220;likely&#8221; to a &#8220;definitely.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>According to a <a href=\"http:\/\/a810-bisweb.nyc.gov\/bisweb\/JobsQueryByNumberServlet?requestid=1&amp;passjobnumber=121185056&amp;passdocnumber=01\" class=\"external\" target=\"_blank\">DOB permit<\/a> filed on March 14th, 2014, the developer is looking to build a 28-story hotel at 320 West 36th Street. The architect listed in the permit is Stonehill &amp; Taylor, a firm that&#8217;s designed several hotels in the past, including The NoMad, the Ace Hotel and the Crosby Street Hotel.<\/p>\n<p>The site consists of a two-story parking garage, two-story office and warehouse building and a one-story building that acts as an entrance to the garage.<\/p>\n<div
