Then, just a week ago, we found out that the five-story building officially <a href=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/2014\/03\/809-broadway-closed.html\">closed for $24 million<\/a> in February.<\/p>\n<p>Now, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/architect\/oda-architecture\">ODA Architects<\/a> has revealed a trio of new renderings for the mixed-use, 15-story project it has planned for the Greenwich Village site.
