<\/a><\/p>\nImage: GMAP<\/a> <\/em><\/p>\n Boaz Gilad is unstoppable.<\/p>\n The developer filed plans<\/a> today<\/a> for two new residential buildings, bringing Brookland Capital’s project count in Brooklyn to roughly 1.7 kajillion.<\/p>\n First up, 328 Central Avenue<\/a> in Bushwick: the 40-foot-tall, four-story building between Bleecker and Menahan streets will have eight apartments and measure 5,419 square feet. There will be two apartments per floor.<\/p>\n The 25′ by 100′ lot is currently occupied by a light blue two-family house built in the 1930s. Gilad purchased the property last month for $435,000, according to public records.<\/p>\n Second up, 807 Washington Avenue<\/a> in Crown Heights: the 64-foot-tall, seven-story building will have seven apartments. Issac & Stern Architects will design the project between Lincoln Place and Eastern Parkway. The apartment building will replace a two-story brick townhouse, which Brookland purchased last month for $1.75 million, Brownstoner<\/a> reported.
