The new glass-clad condominium will act as an entrance point to the neighbourhood thanks to its distinct design and top-notch amenities.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Take a look at the features housed within the new residence below:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/2014\/02\/ny2-condos-amenity-space.html\/ny2-condos-cafe\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-76651\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-76651\" alt=\"NY2 condos cafe\" src=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/NY2-condos-cafe-1024x682.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"682\" \/><\/a>This brightly-lit space will soon become a stylish cafe, which is an extension of the building&#8217;s lobby.
