The proposed building measures about 6,850 square feet and has two duplex two-bedrooms and three full-floor one-bedrooms.<\/p>\n<p>The seller has acquired 1,284 square feet of inclusionary floor area certificates.<\/p>\n<p>The 19-foot-wide site is sandwiched between two rental buildings at 140 Hope Street and 156 Hope Street. Both buildings are part of the The Espoir development.<\/p>\n<p>David Ellis Real Estate purchased the vacant land in June 2007 for $675,000, according to public records. <a href=\"http:\/\/a810-bisweb.nyc.gov\/bisweb\/JobsQueryByNumberServlet?requestid=6&amp;passjobnumber=302361520&amp;passdocnumber=01\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"external\">Later that summer<\/a>, the firm filed plans for a six-story, six-unit building at the site.<\/p>\n<p>Brown Harris Stevens is marketing the site. Here&#8217;s a floorplan of the proposed development:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/2014\/02\/150-hope-street.html\/150-hope-floorplan\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-76557\"><img
