Leasing starts in late Spring 2014.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>A five-story warehouse on the corner of Berry Street and North 10th Street will be converted into 39 apartments.<\/p>\n<p>The development at 60 Berry Street, also known as 103 North 10th Street, will have 42,900 square feet of residential and 10,530 square feet of commercial space. The architect of record is Nataliya Donskoy of ND Architecture, according to the plan exam application filed in <a href=\"http:\/\/a810-bisweb.nyc.gov\/bisweb\/JobsQueryByNumberServlet?requestid=5&amp;passjobnumber=320359768&amp;passdocnumber=01\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"external\">February 2012<\/a>. The 70-foot-tall warehouse will remain the same height.<\/p>\n<p>The zoning lot contains four buildings, but only two buildings with 225 feet of frontage on North 10th Street will be renovated. The construction work will cost an estimated $2.5 million. Diagram below:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/2014\/02\/60-berry-williamsburg.html\/103-north-10th-diagram\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-76200\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-76200\" alt=\"103 North 10th diagram\" src=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/103-North-10th-diagram.png\" width=\"522\" height=\"616\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The property traded in November 2011 for $5.03 million to North 11 Associates LLC, according to public records.<\/p>\n<p>We hope the project isn&#8217;t stalled \u2014 the door to the building was open when we strolled by this morning, although we did not see any workers or hear the dulcet tones of new development.<\/p>\n<div
