<\/a><\/p>\nImage: GMAP<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n A new clutch of four-story buildings is springing on Devoe Street and Metropolitan Avenue in East Williamsburg.<\/p>\n The proposed development, located on the block between Olive Street and Bushwick Avenue, would consist of four seven-unit buildings, for a total of 28 apartments. The 47-foot-tall structures will be on 251 Devoe Street<\/a>, 253 Devoe Street<\/a>, 878 Metropolitan Avenue<\/a> and 880 Metropolitan Avenue<\/a>, according to permits filed today.<\/p>\n The developer is Howard Beach-based TAHOE Development, and the architect of record is John D. Calcagnile.<\/p>\n The block-through development will be built on two adjacent tax lots, which TAHOE acquired for $2.5 million in December 2013, according to public records.
