Most of the townhouse-style residences will be duplexes with 18-foot windows, and 80 percent of the units have terraces. The floors are made of reclaimed hardwood pine, while the kitchens feature solid walnut cabinetry, marble countertops and Gaggenau appliances. The master bathrooms have soaking tubs and marble floors and walls.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/2014\/02\/pierhouse-brooklyn-eco-eye-candy.html\/pierhouse-living-room-view\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-75661\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/Pierhouse-living-room-view.jpg\" alt=\"Pierhouse
