The building is tucked away on Gladstone Avenue, a street hemmed in by many cutting-edge galleries and trendy coffee bars that&#8217;s still just quiet enough to sleep soundly.<\/p>\n<p>Since we&#8217;re already pretty familiar with the vibrant streetscape, we decided to tour the developer&#8217;s eight-storey condo to see what all the hype is about (there are only a few units left for sale, after all!)\u00a0Teaser: we even got to peek inside two well-dressed suites, both designed by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/interior-designer\/seven-haus-design-inc\">Seven
