Now the five-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhouse is back, asking $4.475 million.<\/p>\n<p>The brick residence has white oak strip floors with radiant heat, double-hung clad windows, central air conditioning, gas-fired hot water heat distributed through wall-mounted radiators and appliances by Sub-Zero, Viking and Miele. The master bath is wrapped in Carrara marble, while the living room sports a wet bar with granite counter and wood-burning fireplace with granite mantel. There are also three terraces and a rear garden.<\/p>\n<p>Brennan Realty Services is marketing the development.
