The site is currently used as a parking lot. The architect of record is Goldstein, Hill &amp; West, according to the plan exam application filed <a href=\"http:\/\/a810-bisweb.nyc.gov\/bisweb\/JobsQueryByNumberServlet?requestid=1&amp;passjobnumber=121184431&amp;passdocnumber=01&amp;restore=1\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"external\">January 7th<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The 152-foot-tall project will have storage, bike storage and parking for 12 cars. The apartments will be rentals, according to the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.skdevelopment.com\/west-29th\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"external\">developer&#8217;s site<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>New Jersey-based Ironstate partnered with SK Development and Charles Blaichman to build East Village&#8217;s The Jefferson. The 82-unit condominium building at 211 East 13th Street sold out in December, <a href=\"http:\/\/therealdeal.com\/blog\/2013\/12\/19\/jefferson-condos-in-the-east-village-sell-out\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"external\">The Real Deal<\/a> reported.<\/p>\n<p>The 221 West 29th project will be a block north of HAP Investment&#8217;s proposed 117-unit building at 215-219 West 28th Street.
