William T. Georgis did the interiors. Apartments have custom herringbone pattern hardwood floors, hand-finished crown moldings, bathrooms with glass-enclosed marble showers and individually controlled heating and AC systems. The kitchens feature English wood cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.<\/p>\n First-floor units look out onto a private French-style courtyard garden with reflecting pool.<\/p>\n Amenities include a 24-hour concierge, gym, children’s playroom, media center, library with billiard table, catering kitchen, sitting room with custom wood paneling and hardwood herringbone floors.<\/p>\n Among the latest units at the development is a $23.75 million five-bedroom<\/a> measuring 5,500 square feet.<\/p>\n Another incoming condo is a 11,626-square-foot townhouse with a 2,500-square-foot master suite and private street entry.
