The 64,964-square-foot project will possess a gym, multi-purpose room, game room, private storage, bike storage, lounge and library, according to the plan exam application filed <a href=\"http:\/\/a810-bisweb.nyc.gov\/bisweb\/JobsQueryByNumberServlet?requestid=1&amp;passjobnumber=320592596&amp;passdocnumber=01&amp;restore=1\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"external\">December 10th<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The developers shelled out $14.8 million for the lot at the corner of Fourth Avenue and First Street, <a href=\"http:\/\/observer.com\/2013\/07\/brooklyns-fourth-avenue-comes-revving-back-to-life\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"external\">The New York Observer<\/a> reported. The original asking price for the property was $12 million, or $200 per developable square foot \u2014 it closed for $246 per square foot.<\/p>\n<p>The site currently houses a McDonald&#8217;s, which will vacate the premises by March 2014, <a href=\"http:\/\/therealdeal.com\/blog\/2013\/04\/30\/park-slope-mcdonalds-site-up-for-grabs\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"external\">The Real Deal<\/a> reported. The new building will have 4,476 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor, although probably not of the Mickey D&#8217;s variety.<\/p>\n<p>Because of the building&#8217;s setbacks, there will be a cornucopia of terraces, as seen from the rendering up top and this illustration:<\/p>\n<p><a
