Permits have dropped for HAP Investment Developers’ 4452 Broadway in Hudson Heights.<\/p>\n

The eight-story, 98-unit building will rise 80 feet, according to the plan exam application filed December 10th<\/a>. Karl Fischer is the architect of record for the mixed-use, 109,200-square-foot project.<\/p>\n

Located on the corner of Broadway and Fairview Avenue, the development will include parking, bike storage, a roof deck and 8,145 square feet of commercial space. Quadriad Realty originally wanted to build two 25- to 28-story towers on the same site, but HAP thwarted those plans when they purchased part of the land, DNAinfo<\/a> reported.<\/p>\n

HAP CEO Eran Polack told DNAinfo in September that the firm did not plan on working with Quadriad.<\/p>\n

“We have no relationship to Quadriad and will not pursue a rezoning of our site,” Polack said. “Our intention is to develop the site at 4452 Broadway ‘as of right’ and in accordance with current zoning.”<\/p>\n
