Therein lies the inspiration behind Harmony Village Sheppard<\/a>, an urban-style community by City Core Developments<\/a> and Fortress Real Developments<\/a> that caters to the aging population.<\/p>\n Get this: in Ontario, the population of seniors aged 65 or older will more than double by 2036, rising from two million to more than four million. It revealed that 76 per cent of seniors value an independent lifestyle as they enter retirement.
