There will be storage, 129-car parking, a gym, lounge, playroom and a roof terrace at the 156-foot-tall building.<\/p>\n<p>Catsimatidis has been planning a big development at the lot for at least six years, according to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.brownstoner.com\/blog\/2007\/04\/180-myrtle-aven\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"external\">Brownstoner<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Other Red Apple seeds in the area include 205-unit, 15-story rental 81 Fleet Place, which will start leasing in 2015, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.brooklyneagle.com\/articles\/downtown-construction-wave-resumes-bringing-new-residential-units-13000-needing-schools\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"external\">The Brooklyn Eagle<\/a> reported. Another development site at 86 Fleet Place is slated for a 400,000-square-foot tower that will likely be a combination of rentals and condos, according to The Brooklyn Eagle.<\/p>\n<div
