Brookland Capital’s Boaz Gilad<\/a> is building another development at a vacant lot in Bushwick.<\/p>\n

Located at 303 Cooper Street between Irving and Knickerbocker avenue, the project will have four stories and seven units, according to the plan exam application filed October 21st<\/a>. L & C Associates LLC is designing the building, which is near the Ridgewood border.<\/p>\n

The property sold for $1.225 million in the summer, according to public records.<\/p>\n

Gilad’s had a busy year; his boutique project at 731 Dean Street in Prospect Heights hit the market in August. The two apartments in contract at 731 Dean are a 2,047-square-foot two-bedroom asking $1.5 million and a 2,105-square-foot three-bedroom asking $1.8 million.<\/p>\n

In Clinton Hill, Gilad is developing three contiguous three-family townhouses at 260-264 Greene Avenue, complete with brass facade.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, at 1255 Bushwick Avenue, Brookland is planning a 32-unit residential conversion of a brick church, Brownstoner<\/a> reported. Issac & Stern has been tapped for the project, which will involve a four-story addition to the church. Like so:<\/p>\n
