\nWe’ve found the fountain of youth in Greenwich Village, and \u2014 surprise! \u2014 it costs a fountain of money.<\/p>\n

The listings are up for 66 East 11th Street<\/a>, the world’s first “WELL Certified” residences by Delos Living<\/a>. The five loft-style units are priced from $14.5 million to $50 million, and they’re being marketed by none other than Dolly Lenz Real Estate.<\/p>\n

The condos range in size from a three-bedroom measuring 3,663 square feet to a five-bedroom, four-level mansion measuring 10,701 square feet<\/a>. Residences will have open living spaces, ceilings up to 15 feet and double-paned grand windows.<\/p>\n

First built in 1897 and once home to a dress factory, the fancy-pants Italianate building has an elaborate terra-cotta facade and huge windows. Delos Living bought the property for a knee-wobbly sum of $120 million in 2011.<\/p>\n

There will be more than 50 wellness amenities, including vitamin C-infused showers, purified air and water, posture-supportive flooring, a kitchen herbarium and “dawn simulation provided by a proprietary circadian lighting design.”<\/p>\n

Of course, there’s a Donna Karan Urban Zen wellness concierge, elevator operators, storage space and above-the-call-of-duty parking. This development is, after all, home to the $1 million parking space, as the New York Post<\/a> reported in 2012. The parking spot will have its own deed and sales contract, and it would be charged maintenance fees just as a condo would. The spot would go to the owner of the $45 million mansion or the $50 million penthouse<\/a>.<\/p>\n
