<\/a>A new residential building is a-brewing at 186 Lenox Road in Prospect-Lefferts Gardens.<\/p>\nPlans for an eight-story, 80 unit building were filed July 8th<\/a>. The architect of record is Brooklyn-based Sandor Weiss. The project will be 54,955 square feet, with 40 parking spaces, 40 bike spaces and a rooftop terrace.<\/p>\n Back in 2009, Steven Kohn of Twin Builders filed alteration\u00a0plans<\/a> that were disapproved.
