\"456Looks like long-awaited mixed-use rental 456 Grand Street in East Williamsburg is making its debut soon.<\/p>\n

We spotted a bare-bones teaser site<\/a> for the new six-story building, which will offer one- and two-bedroom apartments from $2,000 per month to $6,000 per month. There will be 50 rental units, and the most recent permit for the project was filed March 21.<\/p>\n

The rentals were slated to be part of the Triangle Court mini-mall, which would include a pharmacy, diner and other retail, Curbed<\/a> reported in 2011. The property would occupy a former gas station site on the western half of the triangle bounded by Grand, Keap and Borinquen.<\/p>\n

MNS Real Estate is doing the marketing. Here’s a rendering from 2011 by Koh Architecture \u2014 no word yet on whether the design has changed:<\/p>\n
