Units at the neoclassical, solid-brick-and-limestone facade property will have ceilings ranging from 10.5 feet to 18 feet.<\/p>\n<p>Amenities will include a full-time concierge and doorman, roof deck, fitness center, bicycle room, children&#8217;s playroom and cold storage.<!--more-->\u00a0The ground floor will have retail, according to the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bizzipartners.com\/en\/projects\/the_leonard_350_broadway.html\" class=\"external\" target=\"_blank\">site<\/a> for Milan-based developers <a href=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/\">Bizzi and Partners<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The firm bought the 12-story building, which originally had the address 350 Broadway, for $53 million late last year, <a href=\"http:\/\/therealdeal.com\/blog\/2013\/01\/18\/italian-developer-pays-53m-for-lower-manhattan-office-building\/\" class=\"external\" target=\"_blank\">The Real Deal <\/a>reported. The property was previously owned by Extell Development.<\/p>\n<p>Marin Architects is designing the conversion.
