class=\"external\">Zip water systems<\/a>\u00a0in kitchens, which provide filtered, still, and bubbled water, and instant hot water, too.\u201d Sherman recommends taking the approach to filtered water outside of the kitchen for optimal health at home.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIn mudrooms and gyms, I add built-in water bottle fillers for chilled and filtered water as you are heading out the
