The development sits near downtown Calgary and is also just a short jaunt to the mountains. It takes about 15 minutes to get downtown, and the mountains are an hour drive away.<\/span><\/p>\n Are there any exciting amenities in or around the neighbourhood?<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Hudson West is in the community of Greenwich, Northwest Calgary, adjacent to the new Farmer\u2019s Market West. Along with the farmer\u2019s market, a walkable community is being developed with boutique shops, restaurants, coffee shops, stores and a wine market.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n What was the inspiration behind the design of the interiors or exteriors?<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The sophisticated exterior elevation commands attention, using materials including cultured stone, brick veneer, and cedarwood to create an impressive presence in the community, while complimenting the vision of a New York-inspired townhome.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Inside the home, you are welcomed with executive-level standards not typically included in a production build, such as hardwood floors, stone countertops, and gourmet appliances.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
