What do you want residents to feel like when living there?<\/strong><\/p>\n As one of the builders in this new community, we offer customers front-garage and laned models. These homes have been designed with families in mind \u2013 whether they are just starting out or in need of more space, our home plans are flexible and spacious.<\/p>\n We have three new show homes opening in the fall of 2022, including one laned and two front drive models. The laned show home will be the Windsor, a 1,700+ sqft 3 bed and 2.5 bath model \u2013 it is one of our favourite homes! Open, bright and spacious, the Windsor is sure to impress. Our new front drive homes are both brand new models, just released this year: The Mason (2,000 sqft+) and the Newbrook (2,200 sqft+).
