Occupancy is expected for 2028.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">\u201cUnrivaled, world-class condominiums in downtown Toronto,\u201d the literature reads. \u201cFrank Gehry has transformed the world of architecture. Now, the Maestro of Form is coming home. Forma\u2019s iridescent fa\u00e7ade and twisting shape will reflect the colours of the sun and the form of the surrounding buildings to change Toronto\u2019s skyline. Located on King Street West, Forma will be an exceptional addition to the city at the nexus between the Entertainment and Financial District.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">The building will be developed by Great Gulf, Dream and Westdale Properties. Interior design is being handled by Studio Paolo Ferrari.
