<\/a>Prima<\/a> is preparing for its public launch during\u00a0the first week of April. Located in the heart of downtown Richmond, this 15-storey tower is being developed by Anderson Square<\/a> and will contain 101 suites. Prima <\/a>will be move-in ready this spring.<\/p>\nThe floor plans include one-, one-plus-den, two-, two-plus-den, three- and three-plus-den options. Sizes range from 517 to 1,569 square feet.<\/p>\n
Inside the suites, residents will discover high-end fixtures, modern kitchens, natural wood entry doors and uniform flooring throughout the home, as well as air conditioning in all units. The inclusion of air conditioning has been thoughtfully designed, as it will be connected to a supplementary and green geothermal source.<\/p>\n
Floor plans offer open kitchens in most suites, with spacious living rooms. Covered and shielded inset balconies let homeowners take advantage of the outdoors whenever they wish.<\/p>\n In the bathroom, there will be Kohler faucets and shower heads. Oversized tiles in the bathrooms, cove lighting under all cabinets and large raised mirrors with integrated lighting make for a spa-inspired experience.<\/p>\n The kitchens will provide high-quality countertops while the cabinets have a two-tone contemporary look. European appliances, including a gas cooktop with a wok seat centre flame, round out an exceptional cooking experience in the home.<\/p>\n The common spaces in Prima<\/a> offer many options for residents to enjoy. There will be two large indoor amenity spaces with individual accessible washrooms. The larger of the two spaces will have a small kitchenette catering to parties and private events with direct access to outdoor amenities. The second indoor amenity space has full-height mirrors to serve as a gym for patrons.<\/p>\n The building will be created with overlapping and stacking slab blocks, rising low on Anderson Road in Richmond to medium height on Buswell Street. The highest point will form a large south-facing outdoor amenity space on the lower roof podium. Public art will be included as part of the fa\u00e7ade, shielding the parkade structure on the second and third floor. Maximized glazing will take advantage of the views and light.
