<\/a>Coming soon to the Whalley District of Surrey is Radley<\/a> \u2014 a low-rise, six-storey community by West Fraser Developments. The buildings will have plenty of amenities that will make it easier for Radley<\/a> residents to accomplish many tasks and enjoyable activities, all while never leaving home. Study, work, play, exercise, entertain, and garden without leaving the property.<\/p>\n Residents will have access to identical amenity spaces in each building to prevent overcrowding and unavailability. Amenities include a well-equipped gym and yoga stretch room, collaborative study\/work area with private break-out pods, and entertainment room with fireside lounge and kitchen, perfect for party hosting.<\/p>\n Whalley District is growing, and Radley<\/a> is located in the heart of the neighbourhood. Surrey Memorial Hospital, City Centre Library, SFU\u2019s Surrey Campus and Chuck Bailey Rec Centre are some of the notable destinations nearby, with many more establishments on their way to the area. Residents can get around with ease, thanks to the multiple bus and Skytrain stations less than 5 minutes from home.
