In a press release<\/a> issued earlier this month, high-rise developer CentreCourt<\/a> announced that it had named nine of its long-standing executives as partner effective immediately. The members span several disciplines across the company, including finance, sales, marketing and acquisitions.<\/p>\n On January 1st, 2022, Gavin Cheung assumed the role of president and managing partner of CentreCourt. As part of this occasion \u2014 and in tandem with CentreCourt\u2019s long-term growth plans \u2014 several other executives were appointed as partners alongside Andrew Hoffman, Shamez Virani, Stephen Belgue and Cheung.<\/p>\n\n “Over the past 11 years, we focused on cultivating a strong leadership team and, as we look to the future, we believe that having leaders that think above and beyond their particular area of responsibility and that look out for the best interest of the entire company is vital to our long-term success.” said Andrew Hoffman, founding partner and CEO of CentreCourt.<\/p>\n “These individuals have distinguished themselves not only through their hard work, dedication and contributions to CentreCourt and project success, but also through their commitment to our culture and principles,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n This list of recently-appointed partners includes Derek Deutsch (managing partner and chief operating officer); Bader Elkhatib (partner and senior vice president of acquisitions); Jacob Truglia (partner and vice president of business lead); Jason Lam, (partner and senior vice president of sales and marketing); Jonathan Levinoff (partner and senior vice president of finance); Joshua Currie (partner and senior vice president of construction); Mitch Gascoyne (partner and senior vice president of development); Nikola Ilic (partner and senior vice president of accounting); Robert Barth (partner and senior vice president of construction).<\/p>\n CentreCourt has several new construction projects currently underway across Toronto, including PRIME Condos<\/a> near Jarvis and Gerrard streets, and WestLine Condos<\/a> by the Sheppard West TTC station. CentreCourt\u2019s 252 Church development, located on Church and Dundas streets, was the first condo launch of 2022.
