All units will have large windows, paneled solid oak floors and classy-hot touches such as herringbone marble floors in the bathroom.<\/p>\n<p>Amenities include a residents&#8217; lounge, a terrace with a pergola and a fitness center. Residents will be able to reserve a private studio for personal training, yoga and pilates workouts. The gym sports a ping-pong table, mirrored dance area with ballet barre, an all-purpose court with adjustable basketball hoops and bleacher-style seating for buyers who like an
