BlogTO first captured the city\u2019s speculation<\/a> of the ominous choppers flying overhead, citing guesses from Reddit posters that it might be related to advertising shoots or a practice run for the upcoming 2021 Canadian International Air Show (or something more sinister such as some sort of black ops military operation).<\/p>\n Turns out, the secretive group of black choppers wasn\u2019t carrying top secret agents or royalty, but a handful of real estate agents getting an exclusive birds-eye view of a new master-planned condo project.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n A post shared by John Kim (@johnkim_homestandards)<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n Social media posts and stories published by various local agents yesterday show that Toronto-based developer CentreCourt<\/a> was hosting a platinum event for the upcoming sales launch of its WestLine Condos<\/a> project, which is due to debut in early September.<\/p>\n To get a true perspective of the future 1,000-acre community in Bathurst Manor, the event attendees were surprised with a helicopter tour of the site from above.<\/p>\n Video footage shows that the agents were blindfolded and transported to the helicopter terminal at Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport.<\/p>\n Based on records from FlightAware, BlogTO reported that the 44-kilometre round-trip flight departed and arrived from Billy Bishop Airport, looping around Downsview Airport, which is next to the future site of WestLine Condos near Sheppard Avenue West and Allen Road.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n A post shared by Platinumcondobroker.com (@platinumbrokerrealty)<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n WestLine Condos is being developed adjacent to Downsview, Toronto’s largest masterplan near Downsview Park and the Sheppard West TTC station.
