Spanning 22,000 square feet, the home\u2019s \u2018French Modern\u2019 architectural style is exemplified by its mansard roof, off-white stucco exterior, steel-framed windows and copper\u00a0details.<\/span><\/p>\n The oversized, pivoting front door gives way to a double-height foyer with a luminous skylight. Primed for entertaining, the open-plan main floor features multiple dining and lounge areas, a marble-topped bar, and a bubbling water feature with a motorized, drop-down television.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The chef-caliber kitchen overlooks the family room and breakfast nook \u2014 all open to the outdoors thanks to automatic Fleetwood pocket doors. Dark and moody, the kitchen\u00a0sports\u00a0a generous island with seating for four and open shelving. Knock twice to open the hardware-free, glass-paneled Miele appliances, including two large-capacity refrigerators.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n A climate-controlled, double-sided wine wall provides plenty of storage for vintages and conceals a butler\u2019s pantry with additional cabinetry.
