Summer is coming into its final stretch, but there\u2019s still plenty of time left for pre-construction projects to kick off the start of sales before fall officially arrives.<\/p>\n

Following a frenzied spring new construction market that broke a 20-year condo sales record<\/a>, summer 2021 has seen condo sales hit above the 10-year average for the region, with 2,775 new units sold<\/a> during June, according to the Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD). Meanwhile, remaining inventory has not kept pace with high sales demand as supply across all development phases dipped below 12,000 units in the same month.<\/p>\n
