According to an old real estate listing for the property \u2014 which sold for $999,000 last November \u2014 grading and the initial foundation work has already been completed.<\/p>\n The proposed plans call for six single-family homes to be built side-by-side, each containing two bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, a two-car garage and roof deck. The four-story homes range from 1,495 to 1,626 square feet and are perched at the top of a hill, just steps away from Everett Park.<\/p>\n The garages tout one standard-size and one compact-size parking space, along with a bicycle storage area. The sleeping quarters are located upstairs, and each bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom. The good-sized secondary bedroom includes a reach-in closet and a combination tub and shower. Laundry facilities are also found on this floor for added convenience.<\/p>\n The principal suite offers a generous walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and large shower. Oversized windows are designed to fill the spaces with natural light.<\/p>\n On the third floor is the open-plan kitchen, living and dining space, including a powder room and what looks to be a walk-in pantry. Each residence comes with a center island featuring an integrated dishwasher and double bowl sink.<\/p>\n The placement of the entertainment area ensures easy access to the roof deck, which is spacious enough to accommodate a dining set, sectional sofa and a fire pit. Each roof deck is equipped with a wet bar that could function as an outdoor kitchen should you decide to add a barbecue.<\/p>\n Designed by Levitt + Moss Architects<\/a>, the single-family homes are characterized by sloping rooflines, dark-trimmed windows, glass and solid balcony guardrails, and modern garage doors. The exterior is to be clad in stucco, wood-look, and board and batten siding, showcasing a contemporary aesthetic.<\/p>\n 955 Everett Street is about a 15-minute walk from Dodger Stadium. Nearby Sunset Boulevard is lined with restaurants, bars, coffee shops and small businesses.
