Photo: One Shot Productions

Some mornings require an extra boost of motivation to get you on the stationary bike or yoga mat. And while most of us make do with blasting Spotify’s ‘Beast Mode’ playlist, the future owners of 1332 Laurel Way will be able to draw inspiration from Muhammad Ali quotes carved into the sink surfaces of their very own wellness retreat.

Priced at $25,950,000, this newly completed home designed by Jae Omar exudes an organic, minimalist aesthetic characterized by natural materials, expansive windows, and blurred boundaries between the indoor and outdoor spaces.

Known as The Channel House, this architectural marvel is artfully concealed behind a 14-foot angled privacy screen. Oversized marble pavers at the entrance appear to float atop an illuminated water feature with a Bonsai tree at one end and an art installation at the other.

Stepping through the front door, you’re greeted by a double-height foyer and formal living room, anchored by a double-sided fireplace surrounded by textured marble. On the opposite wall, you’ll discover a secluded home office with floor-to-ceiling windows that provide sweeping city and hillside views.

The main floor is open-concept — and open to the outdoors thanks to operable glass walls — with a tucked-away dining area that features a slatted wood wall for displaying artwork. The family room offers plenty of space for a six-seater sectional and flaunts a giant slab of sandblasted white onyx above the linear fireplace.

The swoon-worthy kitchen is finished with smoked eucalyptus cabinetry by Doca of Spain, integrated Miele appliances, reflective glass and bronze accents, and an innovative island with seating, storage and open shelving.

An adjacent temperature-controlled wine room boasts a peg storage system for a clean, modern look, and the full-service bar invites you to savor a good vintage while overlooking the outdoor water feature.

Outside, the infinity-edge pool extends the full width of the property and is paired with Ipe wood decking for a relaxed vibe. This party-ready outdoor space is equipped with a fire pit lounge, outdoor kitchen and bar, a grassy lawn and an elevated entertainment pavilion. As if that weren’t enough, the generous rooftop terrace also touts a marble fire feature and sparkling skyline views.

Back inside, a floating staircase leads to the upper level, which houses three of the five bedrooms. The luxurious primary suite lives up to its name with a fireside lounge, wet bar, and a custom dressing room with hand-crafted cabinetry.

The ensuite bathroom sports sandblasted marble from floor to ceiling, a freestanding soaker tub, frameless glass shower, and a custom vanity that sits in the center of the room. Mirrors are suspended above Sonobath sinks with laser-etched passages from The Book of the Samurai.

The home’s light-filled lower level includes the aforementioned home gym and spa, kitted out with stylish exercise equipment that’s anything but an eyesore. There’s also a full bar, home theatre, ensuite bedroom, and a ten-car auto gallery complete with air conditioning and a glass viewing wall.

Photo: One Shot Productions

Photo: One Shot Productions

Photo: One Shot Productions

Photo: One Shot Productions

Photo: One Shot Productions

Photo: One Shot Productions

Photo: One Shot Productions

Photo: One Shot Productions

Photo: One Shot Productions

Photo: One Shot Productions

Photo: One Shot Productions

Photo: One Shot Productions
