There is an existing lane on the south end of the property and single-family homes on the east and west sides. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/918-W-32nd-Ave_Exterior2.jpeg\" rel=\"lightbox[218084]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/918-W-32nd-Ave_Exterior2.jpeg\" alt=\"918 W 32nd Ave_Exterior2\" width=\"1562\" height=\"748\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-218088\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>If approved, the development would consist of a three-storey building facing West 32nd Avenue and four traditional two-storey townhouses facing the rear lane. The three-storey structure would feature eight one-level garden suites and eight two-storey stacked homes above. A single-level underground parking garage would house 29 vehicle parking spaces and storage for 45 bicycles.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/918-W-32nd-Ave_Exterior3.jpeg\" rel=\"lightbox[218084]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/918-W-32nd-Ave_Exterior3.jpeg\" alt=\"918 W 32nd Ave_Exterior3\" width=\"1560\" height=\"744\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-218087\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Envisioned by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/architect\/imperial-architecture\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Imperial Architecture<\/a>, the building\u2019s fa\u00e7ade is clad in a mix of materials that are widely used on residential buildings throughout west Vancouver, such as natural red brick veneer and beige rainscreen stucco. Combined with decorative cornices, curved metal roofing and windows with classic mullion and battens, the result is a classic and elegant exterior design. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/918-W-32nd-Ave_Exterior_Path1.jpeg\" rel=\"lightbox[218084]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/918-W-32nd-Ave_Exterior_Path1.jpeg\" alt=\"918 W 32nd Ave_Exterior_Path1\" width=\"1558\" height=\"746\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-218086\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Available floorplans are designed with a variety of residents in mind, from singles and couples to large families, and include one-bedroom to four-bedroom layouts with up to three-and-a-half baths. Private outdoor spaces consist of front yards for lower suites and rooftop patios for upper units. The larger family-oriented homes in the rest of the building will have both a private front yard and rooftop patio. Plans also call for an outdoor amenity space situated between the two buildings on the east side of the property.<\/p>\n<p>In the neighbourhood, construction is underway at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/vancouver-bc\/voyce\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Voyce<\/a> with available suites priced from $1,289,900.
