Now open, newly released photos of the boutique residence provide an inside look at the well-appointed interiors and panoramic views.<\/span><\/p>\n The $500 million mixed-use development by <\/span>AECOM Capital<\/span><\/a> and <\/span>Combined Properties<\/span><\/a> also includes Pendry West Hollywood, a 149-room hotel with two Wolfgang Puck restaurants, a social club, live music venue, full-service spa and rooftop pool.<\/span><\/p>\n Despite its proximity to the five-star hotel, Pendry Residences offers the utmost privacy and safety. \u201cUnlike a typical condominium, Pendry Residences West Hollywood was built without interior corridors, allowing each unit to be accessed via two private elevators (one passenger and one service) that take the owner from the secure parking garage directly into their individual unit,\u201d explained Ehrlich Yanai Rhee Chaney Architects in a statement.<\/p>\n Rising eight stories, Pendry Residences features a graphic black and white motor court that marks the entrance to the designer-decorated lobby with 24\/7 valet service.
