Here at <\/span>Livabl<\/span><\/i>, we\u2019ve even reported on a Los Angeles realtor who <\/span>tried and failed to auction an NFT<\/span><\/a> that came with a Thousand Oaks duplex.<\/span><\/p>\n There\u2019s no denying that these one-of-a-kind digital assets serve as a powerful marketing tool. The seller of a new construction Bel Air estate is leaning into the NFT craze by including a $7 million art collection in the sale of the $87,777,777 property.<\/p>\n Dr. Alex Khadavi, a celebrity cosmetic and reconstructive surgeon, tapped MDP Art Curators to put together an NFT art gallery with works by Ghost Girl and BigHead Music Producer. Traditional prints and original artwork by Andy Moses, Shane Guffogg and Jimi Gleason are also displayed throughout the seven-bedroom, 11-bathroom home.<\/p>\n Located at <\/span>777 Sarbonne Road<\/span><\/a> (are you beginning to see a pattern here?), the design of the home was inspired by Fibonacci\u2019s Golden Ratio. The interiors are a feast for the eyes \u2014 in addition to panoramic views of Los Angeles, the main floor includes a retractable DJ table, a glass elevator, and a koi pond surrounded by verdant foliage.<\/p>\n The home has been outfitted with $1 million worth of furniture, much of it custom-made. Highlights include a $250,000 Terezani chandelier that weighs in at 1,400 pounds. No expense was spared when it came to the sumptuous marble surfaces, which accounted for $7 million of the budget.<\/p>\n Fleetwood doors create an authentic indoor\/outdoor experience, lending breathtaking views that stretch all the way from the San Gabriel Mountains to Santa Monica. The backyard is an entertainer\u2019s paradise, complete with an oversized infinity pool, multiple seating areas, a 12-seater dining table and an intimate bar area. There\u2019s even a detached guest house with two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a chef\u2019s kitchen, indoor\/outdoor living space and a tequila bar.<\/p>\n The home\u2019s primary suite occupies an entire wing, featuring a floating wrap-around deck and an expansive walk-in closet with glass doors, wood cabinetry and a skylight. Meantime, the rejuvenating ensuite bathroom boasts a freestanding soaker tub, dual showers and vanities, and a glittering chandelier.<\/p>\n Other notable features include a nine-seat movie theater, a bar with clever built-ins, and a glass-encased wine cellar.
