Ovada Place.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n A <\/span>development application<\/span><\/a> submitted to Los Angeles City Planning indicates the three-story homes would be positioned around a central laneway that provides access to each unit\u2019s attached, two-car garage.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Floorplans are set to range from 1,254 to 1,691 square feet with dual primary suites. Each home is topped with a roof deck, offering up to 658 square feet of outdoor living space. Private entryways are situated opposite the garages, providing interior access to the garages or staircases leading to the main floors.<\/p>\n The open-plain main floors feature linear or L-shaped island kitchens, central dining areas, and family rooms with adjacent powder rooms. Upstairs, the residences contain two well-sized bedrooms \u2014 each with its own walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom.<\/p>\n Select homes boast a study and an additional bathroom on the third floor.
