This new amenity gives gardeners the opportunity to grow their own fruits, vegetables, herbs and more in the raised planter boxes. A grand opening event was held in late February to celebrate the community garden and allow neighbors to connect safely in the outdoors.<\/span><\/p>\n In addition to the community garden, Riverchase boasts a central park with a covered picnic area, grassy lawns, and a children\u2019s playground featuring unique playstructures. There are two visitor parking areas, providing added convenience for residents and guests alike.<\/p>\n While there are currently no new homes available for purchase at Riverchase, 29 contemporary-style residences will be included in a future release.
