Rendering: The Penthouses, One Bloor, Great Gulf

In 2017, Great Gulf completed one of the most iconic condo towers in Yorkville — One Bloor.

Reaching a height of 76 storeys, this 732-unit high-rise is a neighbourhood landmark on the southeast corner of the busy Yonge and Bloor intersection. One Bloor is also the eastern starting point of the Mink Mile, a stretch of luxury retailers that extends along the Bloor Street West corridor westward to Avenue Road.

Even though construction was completed several years ago and many residents have since moved in, two of One Bloor’s four luxurious penthouses with million-dollar price tags are still available and have never been lived in. The largest remaining penthouse offers the ultimate way to experience downtown living in one of Toronto’s most luxurious neighbourhoods.

The South West Penthouse spans the 75th and 76th floors of One Bloor, for a total of 5,741 square feet of lavish interior space. This three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom suite is anchored by a large balcony on each floor along the penthouse’s western side, providing 1,196 square feet of private outdoor space to enjoy.

The most recent pricing data available on BuzzBuzzHome shows that South West PH 3 was last listed at $9,809,990.

Off of the suite’s entry foyer, the penthouse opens onto a long, open-concept space on the lower level. A one-wall kitchen with a five-seater island and a double-door fridge overlooks the dining area and formal living space from the north side of the suite. A handy catering room left of the kitchen lends a discrete area for food prep, while on the other side of the wall, a den provides a quiet office space.

The penthouse’s western and southern walls showcase an expanse of windows, which from the suite’s great height, likely show sweeping views of the city skyline. Future residents will have their choice from the U-shaped staircase or the in-suite elevator to ascend to the upper floor.

The second level is home to a spacious den and a dedicated laundry room next to a hallway of convenient wall-to-wall closets for extra storage. Past the two bedrooms and a dedicated library space, the penthouse’s principal bedroom is situated on the northern end of the unit. In addition to private access to the upper balcony, this suite offers a free-standing bathtub in the ensuite and two walk-in closets for storing all of your designer clothes.

South West Penthouse Floorplan: The Penthouses, One Bloor, Great Gulf

South West Penthouse Floorplan: The Penthouses, One Bloor, Great Gulf

Rendering: The Penthouses, One Bloor, Great Gulf
