Thirty-five condo developments are in progress in Victoria<\/a> at the moment, with the median list price of a new condo totaling about $829 per square foot.<\/p>\n A high-end suite that\u2019s right in the city\u2019s inner harbour offers the full luxury downtown Victoria experience just steps away from the marina.<\/p>\n\n Suite 601<\/a> is one of the last remaining condos available in the Harbour Collection at Customs House<\/a>, now under construction near Government and Courtney streets. Spanning 2,353 square feet, this two-bedroom-plus-den, three-bathroom unit is the largest condo currently available in the building, according to BuzzBuzzHome, with a list price of $4,699,900.<\/p>\n Situated on the sixth floor, Suite 601 offers 969 square feet of private outdoor space to enjoy views of the Pacific Ocean and mountainscape. Passing through the entry corridor, the suite opens up into a living, dining and kitchen area complete with a fireplace and a custom glass-door wine wall.<\/p>\n From the eat-in kitchen that’s finished with a quartzite waterfall island and Italian cabinetry, future residents can access the suite\u2019s covered terrace, which has enough room for lounge seating, a barbecue and an eight-seater dining table.<\/p>\n On the opposite side of the unit, the principal bedroom offers access to the wraparound balcony.
